the unrecognized women of science

Throughout history women in any area of expertise were robbed of their achievements. Science isn't an exception and following four women are just a small number comparing of the women that suffered injustice. All the following exceptional scientists' discoveries were awarded Nobel Prizes except the women themselves. They were not given any recognition by Nobel Prize committee, instead their male counterparts were presented with the prestigious Nobel Prize.
